The Library has approximately 20,000 books on various subjects, particularly on Labour and Employment, Psychology, Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Political Science, Economics, Labour Market, Trade Unions, Industrial Safety, Management, Behavioural Science, Social Sciences etc. The library subscribes 130 technical journals and 12 news papers during the year.

Besides books etc., the Library has collection of 76 safety films, 34 video cassettes and 1822 slides on industrial safety and management. It has also started documentation work.
