One of the hurdles in organizing unorganized labour force is the conspicuous absence of young grass-root level workers ailing to work full time in non-governmental organization. It is out of this understanding that the Institute started conducting a regular full time one year P.G. Diploma course in Labour Studies.
The main objective is to prepare grass-root level workers who can organize unorganized labour force and manage the affairs of Non Governmental organization more scientifically. |
